One of my favorite sweets on this occasion is Patishapta. I have shared a pic of the same, I'll share the recipe in brief.

Prepare pancakes made of 1 cup rice atta, 1/2 cup refined flour (maida), 1/4 cup semolina (Sooji), and 1 cup sugar powder. Separately prepare kheer (Payesh) using a mixture of milk, milk powder, and sugar. Use the kheer as a stuffing for the pancakes.

Your yummy Patishapta is ready.
