Montfort Social Institute (MSI) Is looking for a Research cum Program Coordinator for a period of 3 years starting from June 1st, 2023.
Academic/Experience Requirements:
• Education and experience related to research process and community empowerment.
• Academic qualification in social work, public policy and/or community development.
• Project coordination and reporting.

Main Job Responsibilities
Interface:
• Act as an MSI’s interface between the community-level partners on the one hand, and the research partners on the other.
• Prepare program timelines and activity schedules in consultation with Project Director and research stakeholders.
Field Coordination:
• Management and coordination of all aspects related to cash transfers - smooth flow of transfers, ensuring participants complete access to cash and ensuring transparent documentation of the cash transfer process.
• Facilitating research activities - coordinating with researchers, assisting in focus group discussions, liaison with different stakeholders in the field as well as research associates.
• Coordinate, implement and document WorkFREE Plus meetings and gatherings for partner communities.
• Coordinate advocacy initiatives and contribute to research development of the Project
Supervision:
• Plan and assign tasks and supervise field staff
• Manage relations and networks with community leaders
Documentation:
• Prepare and disseminate communication material in the community;
• Document and report (to Program Director) the day-to-day challenges in the community
• Any other research/documentation/communication related work as may be assigned from time to time
Remuneration:
• Rs. 40,000 Consolidated Pay. Travel, etc. on actuals
