If you get hurt or think about something, that thought destroys the body's normal function. Body hormones disrupt the balance. We exceed our needs so much that if we get less, it becomes our mental depression, and if it continues day after day, it turns into depression.


What is depression :

Anyone can fall into depression. But the reason for everyone's depression is not the same. The way human life is different, and so is depression. Even if a person sits on top of a mansion, depression can peep into his life. Again one can spend his day peacefully even after eating salt rice. So depression has nothing to do with money.


What causes depression to enter life?

The feeling of insult

If a person is constantly insulted by another person, then when he is hurt, he will suffer from depression. It shows people who are a little shy, whose self-esteem depends on other people's words, who always think of themselves as less than others, and those who suffer inferiority of themselves tend to suffer from depression.


Loneliness

If a man likes many people and likes noise, but for some reason, if he is forced to live a single life or just wrapped himself up by being hurt by someone else's words, he feels helpless, and the pain of loneliness keeps piercing his mind like unbearable. Next, That's what turns into depression. Those who stay alone day after day do not mix with someone special; sometimes, they think they are helpless in the world and suffer from depression.


Heretical cause

Many people in some families suffer from depression by carrying the burden of their family. They tend to get excited about everything. Even a simple word creates a complex shape without thinking quickly, resulting in the nerve always being stressed. Depression builds home after a long time while going like this. There are many families in whose clan one or the other suffers from depression.


Any significant change in the present life

Human life doesn't always run by the same rule. There are many times when the time turns the whole life around. At this time, those who can handle themselves get much stronger, but those who can't take the push go into depression. Suppose someone worked in a big office and lost their job. This time his previous life will change, his family luxury will stop, and his way of moving will change, so if he can't hold himself tight this time, then depression will come to his mind. So if there is a sudden change in life, it is wise to accept it and move on.


Symptoms of Depression:

Frustration, anger, sadness, time sadness, mind doubt, swinging, annoyance, hunger and sleep decreasing or increasing, not wanting to talk to anyone, annoyed in sound or light, sudden body weight gain or loss without planning, headache, all how empty, Not having pleasure in anything or lack of concentration, feeling pain all over body, hands, legs and stomach, tiredness, the tendency to remove yourself from everything.


If any of these five or more symptoms last in you for more than two weeks, it will be necessary for you to seek expert consultation. Because nurturing these problems for longer means making the disease more complicated. That means minor depression can turn into major depression. Of course, depression should not be called a complex disease. Instead, it would be called trouble. This is due to physical and mental problems created by sadness; everyday life journeys can be halted, and the quality of life may decrease.


Major Depression

When the symptoms of depression are very obviously in intense health for a long time or after a few days, it is called Major Depression. Major depression shows the tendency to suicide.


Minor depression

Minor depression can occur at some point in life due to a tragedy or environment. At this time the company of close people is very much needed.


Atypical Depression

This is a form of major depression. However, there may be a need for medication and psychological counselling in this case. This is the time to talk to people. It would be best to go to a pleasant environment; then, depression will go away from the mind for at least a bit.


Depression

Depressed people get depression even if there is a lack of vitamin D in their blood. But more research is needed on depression or depression relationship between Vitamin-D and deficiency.


Way to get rid of depression:

To get rid of depression, first treatment is required. And with more needed someone close to you. It will be easy to get rid of depression with a loved one who understands, knows, and can care for him very well. Also, medicine doesn't allow body weight gain, a nutritious diet, or exercise regularly.

Getting rid of mental depression is not a problem; the problem is falling into depression. When people are unhappy with themselves, they burden their happiness with others; their well-being depends on others, and they suffer from depression. Because you can't control yourself. If someone loves you less, you get hurt; when someone says you look bad, you feel guilty when someone goes ahead of you at work; that means you have nothing in your hands, your life depends on others' wishes, then you have to suffer depression not once but again. So control your mind if you want to get rid of depression.
